Create a tag protection state for a repository

New-GitHubRepositoryTagProtection [[-Owner] <String>] [[-Repo] <String>] [-Pattern] <String>
[-ProgressAction <ActionPreference>] [-WhatIf] [-Confirm] [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION¶
This creates a tag protection state for a repository. This endpoint is only available to repository administrators.
